Treatment
I will be making a hort animated movie using Flash, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro. The plot is simple: two friends walking with balloons--one of the balloons flies away and on the friends flies after it, grabs it, and returns to his waiting friend. The short is on extra long shot, with the camera never moving along the z-axis. The style will be a mix of rotoscoping and Photoshopped pictures.

Sounds good and will be a nice example of how the script/storyboard elements can be used for both video and animation.
