So I'm not in class today because I'm at a video festival. Wish me luck. PLEASE COMMENT ON MY PICTURE because I want to know what you think. The idea behind the picture's composition is that I wanted to add an element of chaos (thus the girl reading a newspaper) so it would have the viewer create a unique narrative when they see it.
I like this. I like the colors. I think it does tell a story but I am just not sure what. It is up to the viewer so there is no right or wrong. My only thing is that I think the guy on the ground needs a shadow. Everything else is making shadows except for him and I think it looks a little weird. That being said, I am no expert!

ReplyDeleteTechnically, I would have preferred to see the entirety of the foot on the right edge contained within the image.
ReplyDeleteComposition wise, perhaps if there were a third depiction of the male (you?) ... something expanding on or starting the transition? As it is now, we simply have corpse to angelic ascension.
